IDENTIFICATION DATA*

Basic user account information is logged or linked to the user profile upon registration. Users may remain anonymous, as they can use any username and email address.

By logging into a user account, the user can access public content and public records data on the AJPES portal.

User Name*

The username can be up to 50 characters long and must be unique on the AJPES portal.

Password*

The password must be at least 8 characters long. Longer passwords are recommended, consisting of words and concepts that are not easily associated with the user.

A user account activation message will be sent to the email address provided.

We will use your phone number only if an alignment of the submitted data is necessary. This entry replaces the need to collect telephone numbers for each specific AJPES service individually.

IMPORTANT
The username can be up to 50 characters long. We recommend that you avoid using special characters and diacritics.

Clarifications

The assigned password you automatically receive at login can be changed after logging into the portal. The user settings are available through the page User - My site.
We recommend that you log out of the portal after you have finished working with the applications (User - Logout).
